How to shop at

When you shop at, go through the following steps

  1. Select the item or items you wish to purchase.
  2. Remember to choose the right size as well as color.
  3. Put the item (or items) in the shopping cart. Then go to checkout.
  4. Enter your personal delivery information.
  5. Select Payment method.
  6. Approve our terms of business and your purchase.
  7. We will send an order confirmation to you by email.


When ordering, the order is shipped within 1 business day. 
This excludes items where it is indicated that it is an order item with a longer delivery time.
Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 business days after order submission. As soon as the order is shipped, you get an email with tracking no. So you can track your order's way to you. You can also always use our "Order Status" feature in our chat feature to see the status of your order. 

We do not take reservations for wrong addresses, phone number, name, etc. If you notice an error in your entered information contact us as soon as possible before dispatch of the order. Then we can change the wrong information.



In this e-store you can order your items online and pay with Dancard, Visa/Dancard, MasterCard, JCP, American Express, Visa and Visa Electron. In addition, it is also possible to pay with Mobilepay and Viabill. All prices you will find on are included VAT. There will be no extra fees when paying for Blacksnow. It is not possible to prepay purchases via account transfer.


If you regret your purchase?

You have 30 days ' right of withdrawal when you shop at The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the goods are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item in a way that clearly degrades the sales value of the item significantly.

Note! At There is no right of return on skis where the bindings have been fixed, this is because the skis are mounted according to specific dust targets.

You can also undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item or delivering it in person at the above address.

If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get back the amount you have deposited with us. If you have paid freight, the cost of freight is notreturned.

Return and Exchange

Return and exchange of goods is done by following the guide below:


Send the item back to our warehouse by going through the 4 steps of our online return portal.

Your package can be returned with the enclosed return label, which ensures that your return is paid by us, you do not have this anymore, then you can download it in step 4 on our return portal.

We process returns weekly and as soon as possible, and you will be notified when your return is handled. 
It may take up to 5 days before your return shipment has been received and processed.

The money will, and can only, be reversed to the payment account. I.e. the account whose card paid for the item.

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or color, this can only be done by returning the item that you want exchanged via the above return process.
You then order the correct size and color of the  website.

This makes you get the right size or color as soon as possible and your new order will be subject to the normal delivery conditions.

If you bought your item on sale or during a promotional period with discounted prices, you will be returned the amount paid.



When you shop at you have of course 2 years of warranty from the receipt of the item. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged or refused the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.


Here's how to do it:

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.
